Bottom level deck sits on the sand and has a outdoor shower perfect for washing all that sugar white sand off after a relaxing day at the beach – table and chairs for those sunset cocktails.

Walk in to the lower level – it has a fully functional studio that can sleeps 4- King bed, plus pull out queen sofa, Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink. Full size washer and dryer, full bath, flat screen and it has its own air conditioning unit. Walk out to the deck and have your coffee, down a few steps and you have sand between your toes – Awesome!!!

Go up the stair to the second level – Living room with giant flat screen – open floor plan with dining room, fully equipped second kitchen and 1/2 bath – sofa has a queen pull out for extra guests. Wonderful second deck with Beautiful views of the sand and the ocean – it also has a private exit to the beach.

The 3rd level has the 2 bedrooms both with king beds with flat screens TVs and private baths – another full size washer and dryer.

Oh did I tell you about the 3rd deck that has views that are just breath taking? It is Private beach and very low density in this area since it is mostly townhouse and private homes.
